Purchasing product is very easy on line. Unfortunately I had to return one item that I made a mistake on. Process was clear and seamless.

The part I needed was not listed in Alphard’s website so I couldn’t order it. I had to contact their support and they had to send me a link to the part to order so that took some time. I don’t know why they didn’t list that part on their accessories section to order it right away.

Found problem and quickly fixed

Customer support was very friendly and helpful, though they did imply that they were doing me a favor by sending me an item that was supposed to have been included in my purchase, but was missing. They didn't really hassle me about it and still sent it, so I didn't bother mentioning that it wasn't doing me a favor to send me something that was supposed to have been included in my order. I just found that bit odd is all.

The shopping experience was easy and user friendly. The wait for the cybercart was a bit extreme but they were upfront with the timeline and would keep me in the loop.

purchase part was fine. the $50 referral deal was misleading. my friend purchased a cart after me and was denied the $50 even though Alphard admitted fault for not being more specific in writing as to what you can use it for.

arrived quicker than I expected. it was easy to swap out the wheels on my sun mountain cart. works great, holds a charge. Only uses 1 out of 5 lights per round on average. have been playing in some wet conditions without any issues
