Alphard Golf USA ReviewsSee store reviews

I have purchased this Omni cart with the Club Booster V2 on April 2022. The price was on sale at that time so I liked the excellent price. This Omni cart was very sturdy and strong to run the golf courses without any problems. Also, it is easy to use with one click button for folding up and down. It is very quick to attach and detach the Club Booster V2 using the brackets that were pre-installed. Played 5-6 rounds so far and totally satisfied its performance. Great product along with the Cl...

My second Alphard device. I first had the V2 and it worked well. Unfortunately, I accidently went into ground under repair at the local course and damaged it. After much help from the Alphard support team, I decided forgo the repair and purchase the Cybercart. I'm glad I did. I've only gotten to use it for a couple of rounds but it works great. Go straight to the Cybercart in my opinion. While the functionality is quite similar, the ease of unloading the cart and getting it ready to play is so m...

I love walking the course with my electric caddie. I have used it approximately 13 rounds. It has all the features I need. The battery easily lasts 18 holes. I have not tried to go longer. It is super stable, has not come close to tipping over even on steep hills. I especially like that I can charge my phone or plug in a speaker for music. Set-up takes a little effort but definitely worth it. It’s pretty heavy but I was ok with that because the weight enhances the stability. It’s easy to go to p...

Purchased the Club Booster V2 and conversion kit for my Clic Gear Cart. Pretty easy to install and works like a dream. My golf buddy also purchased and it makes walking courses in our area so much nicer. Would recommend to anyone that walks golf courses. I have had no issues completing 18 holes on a single charge but not much battery left after that. Minor gripe is with the remote. It has a charging port on the side covered by a silicone cap. The cap continues to come off as you use the remote...

I used to ride in a cart most of the time, but I always liked walking better whenever I used my manual push cart. After getting the Alphard Cybercart, I’ve been enjoying walking way more. It makes the round more fun, and I feel like I stay more focused compared to riding. I play at least twice a week, and buying this honestly made me want to get out and play even more. I also got the Sidekick, but I don’t really use it much. The remote setup just isn’t ideal for me since I don’t wear a belt, an...

This has been a great addition to my golf game and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Very easy to set up and the YouTube videos were helpful. I modified a relatively new Clicgear 8.0 push cart, and I would add that the four wheel design is easier to turn and maneuver than what you might read online. Daily set up before each round is quick and battery life would appear to be 27 holes. Overall a great purchase and I’m happy with the decision to modify my existing cart with the V2 ...

Product came well packed and assembled pretty easily with little challenges. My carton had some plastic pieces in it like something got broken in transit but I could find nothing broken or missing. I assume it was remnants from a previous item. My product was entirely intact. After assembly I tested it in my backyard before running it on the course but found the open space of my golf course makes it even easier. The conversion of the stationary front wheel to the swiveling dual wheels adds to ...

Play a lot of walking/caddie courses and my first use was at Bandon playing Pacific Dunes. A very hilly and at times some tight paths. The Cyber Cart was amazing and very easy to use with no previous experience. A few rounds later I played with someone who had a new far more expensive cart on Old Mac and they seemed a little jealous at how often I didn’t need to touch or assist my cart on steep hills and tight paths. The hand control is really great and easy to use. Would not hesitate to bu...

Overall I like the cart it a lot. Love that it is taller and the bag fits great with the clubs more upright than with my V2 cart. Love the magnet and the magnetic holder for the remote. The remote was great for me, did not experience disconnect issues that others have reported. I did tighten the nuts before the round as suggested. The drink holder isn't great but that can be replaced. I also noticed the Gyro mode is a bit sensitive, but not really an issue. Only used 2 dots of 6 in battery so ...

I've used the cart on five rounds since receiving it and I'm very happy with my purchase. The cart has performed extremely well, and the battery life is great. I've received a bunch of compliments on it, even from folks that already have electric carts from other manufacturers. The only issue I've had so far is the button on the storage box in the handle. It began sticking and the cover wouldn't stay closed. I removed the screws on the latch, took it apart, reasembled, and reinstalled and i...

I have been using The V2pro for the last 2 months. It has been an absolute game changer for walking my course. My course is extremely hilly and the V2pro has had no issues making it an entire round. I have two battery lights out of five left every round. I have a Clicgear cart with the fixed front wheel and noticed when walking down steep slopes turning was a little difficult. Minimal issue I walked behind it to help guide it. I also had to help it up a hill or two at my home course (I can’t emp...

This is such a great expansion to your golf game. I had a couple issues with my device but customer service has been wonderful and I can’t wait to get back out there. The battery was very hard to get to connect and I think I’ll just leave the next one completely inside the chamber to avoid the same issues in the future unless it feels different when I get the replacement parts. However, this really transforms your game on the course. I went from walking and pushing a cart to this and I feel so...
