Disgusting from start to finish Lying about products and where they come from. Portraying being a reputable company from the Netherlands when in fact cheap knock offs products from China Misrepresentation of goods as leather when plastic .. awful lying company You get people at their most vulnerable and blatantly do so for financial gain Regret not getting my bank to chase a full refund but at least you are on their records for being a scam also at Office of Fair Trading and British Trading

Product nothing like advertised picture and delivery was awful. Customer service was non existent

I have tried to contact via phone and email approx 10 times. This order was cancelled within the hour timeframe and you still sent it and charged. The item arrived and it was not what was advertised and the quality was poor along with faulty. Your team ignored my emails calls and contact. I want to return if and get a full refund as I was sold this incorrectly

Bad experience all round. Items did not arrive on time and then when they finally arrived (I did not need them any more) I I was told that I had to pay for returns shipping costs.

You effectively stole from me by saying you would refund the price of the item if I returned it to an address in China. I have received no refund.

SCAM

My order was not despatched until 2 weeks after I ordered. It came I wasnt happy wanted to return struggled to get any decent information re taxes to be paid. Put a query on with paypal. Was conned into withdrawing my complaint so that they didn't have to refund me. I will never ever shop here again. In fact I am offended you have contacted me for a review. REFUND ME AS PROMISED PLEASE!!!!! Not a respectful company at all.
