Really disappointed with my experience. The dress I received was poor quality and not as described, completely unwearable.
I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund but received no response at all, and no return address has been provided despite asking.
I’m now left out of pocket with no resolution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Most likely will not be displayed online but avoid this company if you can. They shipped me the incorrect size because “that’s what they do based of feedback!” Yet that’s not what I ordered. When my parcel was late, the initial contact with the agent was good. However, since I’ve received my items and I am very dissatisfied with them and I have emailed many many times, no one is getting back to me.
I ordered two zipped jumpers and the quality of them both is very poor and definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t even pay half the price for both of these jumpers. I am very disappointed with them. The sizing is dreadful. The stitching is dreadful and the overall quality is worse than anything out there on Internet.
