I ordered several products in one order: the OI All in one Milk, NouNou Conditioner, Energizing Superactive, and Energizing Shampoo. The NouNou Conditioner was not included in the package I received. After several emails, Customer Service finally accepted my documentation proving it was not delivered and supposedly, I should receive it soon. I did not appreciate how thoroughly and repetitively I had to document that I did not receive the NouNou Conditioner. I am a repeat Customer.
