This item was missing from my shipment. I emailed to follow up and was told it would be sent out. It never was. I sent multiple emails and finally received an email back with the tracking number and it’s clear it was never mailed in the first place once I received the tracking number it took over a week to get to me all while I was out of shampoo. Not cool!
