I purchased 4 pairs of gloves (2 Vermonters and 2 Flatlanders) as Christmas gifts. The fingers were too long in the Flatlanders, so I returned them and then purchased 2 more Vermonters. You were having the special then (25% off for four or more pairs of gloves). I left a note explaining and I later received a note back saying that I would be reimbursed so that I did receive the full 25% discount. I don't often see this level of customer service. It was very much appreciated.
