Unlike so many purchases today, my gloves did not arrive with lightening speed, which was both expected (the form clearly states that you'll wait 6 weeks or so), and ok because I knew I was getting a quality, bespoke, hand-made product.
I would suggest advising customers to trace their hands right up next to the skin, rather than leaving a little space as we were taugt in grade school.
