Unfortunately the jewelry took too long to be received and arrived after the date I needed it by over a week. I did pay for expedited shipping however, the rings were not shipped for several days after purchase. I would have not spent the extra money on shipping if I would have know that. As for the rings, they were pretty with the band being the most impressive. The ring with the stones looked very cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Found exactly what I needed!!

I was sized at a store at wearing a 4.5. I first ordered 4.5 and it didn’t fit. Instead of sending it back I ordered a replacement, expecting it would come quickly before my cruise. While the first order took 6 days to arrive, the replacement ring didn’t get here in time for my cruise (main reason for getting the ring as I was afraid of losing my original engagement ring). The replacement ring took 12 days to arrive and that was super frustrating and disappointing.

Jewelry was poor quality and return process is a nightmare. Still waiting for someone to reach out to me and it’s been 3 weeks. Will not recommend this brand to others.

The process of changing the size proves to be troublesome, as it did not include a return option. Additionally, I will be responsible for international shipping costs, which are quite uncommon these days with online shopping. Opting to pay additional fees to obtain a new item while retaining the old one is not advisable. There is a valid reason for not requiring the incorrect size ring. Regrettably, I will not be making further purchases from this website due to its ineffective return policy.

I don't really like the return process, if you value your customers, you should be able to make things easy for them. The ring came from a NY address, it would be nice if the customer could return it back to the same address. Instead, you gave an address in China, which costs more to ship....an inconvenience to the customer.
