What a find! We love sous vide as a cooking technique. The meats (chicken and beef) were well cooked yet so tender. The only issue I had was that 3 of the 5 offerings were sold out two of the three times I wanted to purchase additional dinners--now have a habit of checking daily to see if all flavors are available. Love Three Little Pigs--so delighted to add these delicious dinners to my rotation.

I was trying to order the Pate Sampler and somehow ended up with the Sous Vide Sampler. After about 3 weeks, I emailed to see when my order was coming. At that time, I was told that I would be receiving substitutes for two items. Items received about 2 weeks after that. Your marketing makes it sound like meals are simply heat and eat. Then I read they must be defrosted for 24 hours, then you recommend browning the meat before adding sauce. Not ‘ready to eat’.
