When I received the first order, UPS had completely squished the box and most of the items were oozing out of their containers. I took pictures and emailed Three Little Pigs and they sent me a gift card for the price of my entire order. I re-ordered the items that were damaged and ordered a few extra items (cornichons and toasts). The second order came just fine. Customer service is fantastic!
