I ordered this and tried to cancel it less than five minutes of ordering it they would not let me cancel it. The order was not processed but still no human being could help me. John emailed but that was it. There is no phone, only email. This was on December 11. It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. My reasoning for canceling it was my mother had already bought a different light up ball. On January 3, I received the shipment and will be returning in. Do not buy from this company as they do service customer service. Read the reviews first! I should’ve read more of them. So disappointed.
