Ordered 3 balls on Dec 16th as Christmas gifts and paid for express shipping to receive in 1-4 business days. Vendor claimed shipping from US via FedEx or DHL due to the delays associated with Canada Post strike. 2 weeks later I haven’t received anything. The tracking provided has not changed or updated since it was provided. And the tracking requires me to use 3 separate websites, one of which I have to purchase a subscription to in order to see my tracking progress. Customer service has not addressed any specific concerns, and have offered 10% off my next purchase. Total scam. No product. No updates. No response. Junk company in breach of contract. Stay away.
