Scammed with shipping and no true help with questions. Company calls it self bright united states to fool you into think it is made and shipped in the states when in fact it's from China. There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on -- shame on you. Fool me -- you can't get fooled again.

They don’t tell you the product is coming from China! I would have never ordered if I knew that in advance!

Horrible experience. False advertising as the ball does not light up. Ordered well before Christmas and still has not been shipped. Have sent multiple emails with canned responses saying that I cannot cancel my order.

Would like a refund… I still have not received my order, it’s Jan 1st and I ordered for Christmas gifts which I was told would arrive in time. Nothing has arrived and I would like the order cancelled and my money back please.

It's been multiple weeks and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I am very disappointed and upset. I looked forward to to get these for my children. I am hoping I will still receive them but I won't be holding my breath.

Prompt replies in regards to my order inquiries. So that was a plus. The soccer ball and football seem great quality and the kids love how they reflect light. It was just too bad that the shipping took SO long.

The advertising was very different from what I though the ball could do. I thought they were glow in the dark balls, and I was super excited for my son and nephew. Thankfully, they still think they are really cool for doing videos at night, they just need to be able to see the ball to be able to catch it.
