The worst buying experience ever ever. They say 3 to 6 days but it took them 3 weeks. They say it's a Christmas special that I got but I didn't get it until after New years. Customer service is these preset messages that don't give you any information. By the time you're done with these people you want to pull your hair out. I ordered my footballs on December 16th meaning based off what their website said they would arrive in time for Christmas, but instead they didn’t arrive at my house until January 6th. That was WELL past the date that they promised. THEN when they actually arrived we pumped them up and they deflated. Customer service (Phoebe is my customer service rep) has been awful and they don’t even read my full email. They keep sending me the same email over and over about shipping and tracking and how to efficiently pump up the ball after I’ve already explained to them that it won’t stay inflated and there is a LEAK at the seams of the football. Horrible experience and I do not recommend purchasing!
