I ordered basketball, night vision glasses, glow in the dark basketball net and gift bag. I never received the goggles, net does not glow in the dark and basketball is not as described. I've been trying to resolve issues for the past 2 weeks. Poor customer service and products are fair at best

I just shared my response so once again not japoy with the material making it slippery and difficult to catch. I wish I read the concept better. I assume this ball light up but not just while using my camera flash.

My order was delayed during the Canada post strike in December 2024. I was given the option to cancel. I received an email confirmation of the cancellation. My refund never came. In April 2025 my order showed up. 3 consecutive emails and no response to return and get refund.

Ridiculous product that does not work. I thought I was getting glow-in-the-dark balls, I pictured them being very luminescent, but I was not aware. They wanted me to have my children carry around a phone and shine lights on it in order for it to be visible even with a light it does not shine like you see in the pictures at all. They are dark, smaller then standard size and then want you to pay to return them after realizing they are a scam.

The worst. Buyer beware.

Terrible company, very unprofessional. Will take your money. They delivered my package to the wrong house and refused me a refund.

Awful. I'm contacting BBB to report what a fraudulent, miserable, Chinese con-artist company this is.

Shipping took a very long time, item arrived late as a Birthday gift, and entirely not as described. Return process difficult and timely. Will NOT buy again and do NOT recommend this or any other product from this company.

When I placed my order, it said it would be delivered in 3-6 days. It arrived almost 4 weeks after I ordered it. I also did not realize I had ordered a gift bag until I was checking out and I couldn’t find any place to edit my order.

This could be the best football in the world, but I won't know for another several weeks. Why? Because their website asserted that it would be delivered in 3-6 business days, and because I wanted to give it to my child, I had it shipped to the address where we were going to be for the holidays. Well, it did not arrive within the 11 business days that we were there, and instead took 14 business days (17 delivery days) to arrive. So it will be sitting on the porch, possibly in the snow, for a month. While I dislike reviews that focus on the shipping, I am (obviously) grumpy enough about having ordered this that I am now leaving a review about the shipping rather than the product itself.

Scam don't order from them took my payment and provided fake tracking info with no expected delivery date

Even though the website says they want you to be satisfied, they are not willing to refund, every email they send doesn’t make sense, and is intentionally deceptive or a very poorly written email by an AI bot. This review probably won’t make it to their site, which is against FTC regulations. They are purposefully suppressing bad reviews. There is no way people ‘love’ this ball as claimed. This is blanantly false advertising. The website clearly says, “ The BRIGHT ball will keep you playing long after the stars have appeared." This statement allows anyone to believe they can play in the night time. This is deceptive marketing. There is nothing about the ball that ‘glows.’ The only way the ball glows is by taking a photo with your flash on and the ball will then glow just in your photo. THAT IS ALL. After setting it back and forth, just in the house for a couple of minutes, the lettering is already coming off. The ball is poor quality.
