Refused to refund and cancel my order when the balls hadn’t even shipped yet. I ordered them long before Christmas and website said 3-6 days- more like weeks. They were late for Christmas and the quality is terrible, I can’t gift them anyways. Overall waste of time and money with poor customer service. Don’t bother.

The shopping experience leave something to be desired as well. I tried to order a pair of socks along with the ball, but that was impossible to do the way the website is set up. You should really review your procedures. I don’t suppose I’ll ever get the ball. My grandson was really looking forward to it.
