I original placed an order, paid money for expedited shipping to receive before Christmas. I immediately received an email stating I would not receive my order due to them having to many orders. At that point I requested to cancel my order and they told me that they couldn’t because my order already shipped. This was all on Dec 14th. It’s now Dec 30th I still have not received my order, but I received an email from the company asking to rate the product. Horrible customer service- I would highly suggest that people do not buy from this company.

If I had realized that the product was coming from China I would have never bought it! It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my football! It was for a gift that I no longer need because Christmas is over! Then I find it funny that the company sends emails to rate the product when my tracking number says that my package is in Mainland China! If you live in the United States don’t buy from this company! It’s a waste of time and money! The advertising looks great on Instagram but don’t buy it!
