I can't really complain, even with a few hiccups experienced. 1- I was supposed to receive a couple of different items after performing certain steps like texting back the word AWESOME or leaving a comment and I never heard or received anything. No biggie. 2- I understand the concept of keeping inventory low, but most of the time there is no inventory except for a couple of choices. Mostly out of stock, low inventory, no sizes left. How am I to use my points that are going to expire?
