Got these right before I hiked some boulders and they were great! I’ve gotten compliments at the gym, and they are helpful in the woods and in the gym. You can feel a lot with your feet but there is great support as well. I was looking for a versatile barefoot style shoe and these are perfect and aesthetic.

When I walked on the floor with just these, I was surprised about how comfortable they are. The grip on them doesn't make them uncomfortable in any way. I'll definitely be getting more. Also shout out to Bearfoot's customer service department for helping me out!

So far so good. I’m pretty hard on shoes so only time will tell. Overall very comfortable and easy to get on and off. They form to your foot. Will be buying another pair for sure.

Easily the best boots I've ever had. I've tried several bare-foot shoes over the past year after recovering from a severe case of plantar fasciitis. These are the the only 'bare-foot' shoes so far that actually feel like I'm in bare feet. Not only this, but they were comfortable right off the bat. The ankle joint makes for good flex without binding but still supportive. On the first day I mountain biked for over 3 hours in them. The wide and grippy footprint was perfect for planted contro...

I have always been a barefoot deadlifting girlie. Until I tried Bearfoot shoes. They’re so soft, so comfy and fit just right! I can’t wait to move some heavy weight with these. Thanks Bearfoot - you guys are awesome!

I've had these for just over a month now. At first, they take a bit of getting used to. The lower profile forces different foot and ankle recruitment. But, once I got used to them, I could and will not go back to training with so-called regular shoes. When working lower body - sled pushes, lunges, stair climbs - my feet grip the floor better, giving me a feeling of more stability and drive in my feet. That in turn has increased strength and stability in my feet, ankles, and calves. One do...

I was debating getting these for a while and I very glad I finally made the purchase! I am a size 10.5 normally and I got the same size for these and they fit well. The wider toe box has been such a good change. My feet don’t hurt while lifting. They are also very comfortable and nice to just walk around in. I love the grip they have a lot! I don’t slip and I’m able to grab the floor so much easier when I lift as seen in the video. I did not think I’d feel as stable as I did. Having the good gri...

They feel like slippers all through the day. Actually more comfortable than I thought. A friend of mine who wears them often said running takes a little longer, but I’m looking forward for my running to improve. Love them will buy again. Boots will be coming.

The first thought I had while trying these on were, “these are the last training shoes I’ll ever need.” I love them. Love the wide toe box, thin sole for barefoot-like contact with the ground but with traction. They are extremely comfortable. Highly recommended - from an orthopedic physical therapist.

I love how these fit. After a week of wearing them my feet adjusted as I have been wearing barefoot shoes prior to these. They look great, aren't super heavy, and are very comfortable.

I actually ended up swapping 11.5s for 12s but the customer service was awesome! My right foot has two toes that kinda arch up so with the extra space in the 12s, my fit is nice. I appreciate that these are RESOLEABLE—not something I’ve seen in other barefoot boots. I dig that I can tie them loose and not tighten up the ankle part for office time, or get ‘em on snugger for more protection and security. I’ll be wearing these as an EMT/firefighter as black boots are required uniform apparel, so th...

So far so good. These shoes are incredible comfortable for powerlifting. I will also use them as driving shoes on road trips. I'm hoping the stitching on the exterior of the soles hold up.

The Bearfoot Ursus (HT) is a superior alternative to the discontinued Reebok Power Lite Mid training shoe. The sizing is true and the lightweight fit is excellent. One might consider swapping out the flat factory laces with a pair of round 57" boot laces to be able to tie the shoes tighter as I did. Highly recommended shoe and will definitely be purchasing a second pair when they are back in stock.

I’ve never loved work boots. They’re always cramped or your feet hurt when wearing them all day. These are totally different. So roomy and comfortable to walk and stand in all day. Even more comfortable as far as time I can stand without my feet feeling like I need to shift than trainers. They have just the right level of cushion so it’s not too much but it’s like walking on dirt. It is night and day between these and typical work boots that are usually narrow in the toe with a high heel. These ...

Great fit, comfortable, and they look good. What more could you ask? I love them for deadlifting. Love them for yoke runs. Love them for walking around the grocery store.

I have been wearing these for 3 weeks now. They are holding up great. I am a carpenter and finally decided to go barefoot 100% of the time with these new boots. So I have been putting them to the test. I am usually on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day. Only thing that I have noticed so far is that they seem to run a little big, but my foot is on the whole insole. Like maybe the insole was sewn in the wrong spot? Other than that everything seems to be holding up very well!

I had high expectations and hopes for these shoes, but after receiving and trying out my first pair, I'm blown away. These damn shoes are so f***ing comfortable. They give my feet the space and opportunity they need to do their natural thing. After wearing them both in the gym and day-to-day, my feet have begun to feel so much better - so much STRONGER. A new and exciting feeling and experience. I have already purchased another pair of these, and plan to do the best I can to wear Bearfoot almost...

These are ridiculously comfortable, great grip for all gym flooring including wooden olympic platforms, and allow for feet/toes to fully splay while squatting, etc. The only gripe I have is that the back of the shoe where it holds the heel will slide down my heel while walking, etc. It’s probably better with the high top version vs the low top.

Absolutely love these shoes! True feel of barefoot walking, but with comfort of a thin sole. Plenty of foot and toe room, especially with heavy lifting or exercise. Liked them so much, bought a pair of Bruins too!

I have been big on the barefoot shoe quest and wear them as my only footwear. Needless to say I have explored many brands and show types and though I have some casual shoes from other brands that are up to snuff, finding a work boot that finds the perfect balance between protective/durable and also minimal has been about impossible until bearfoot. These boots are immensely high quality and I look forward to eeking every possible last hour of use out of them. There ain't nothin like a pair of wel...

Super comfortable, well-made shoes. I wear them for everything, from heavy sled pulls to trips to the grocery store. Solid product, I suggest ordering your size (not 1/2 size under like others).

These are the best boots I’ve ever worn. Aesthetically, they’re exactly what I’ve always wanted in a boot. Functionally, they’re extremely comfortable. The quality of the leather, the stitching and the sole have held up great so far. They smell incredible, like fresh leather serenading your nose. I want to shake the hands of whoever made these boots. Keep doing great work Bearfoot, and I’ll keep buying your work! Love you all. Kyle

I’m very happy with the Bruins. Their toe box is super wide and they are truly zero drop, barefoot boots! I love that they’re re-soleable as I’ll be wearing them every day as an EMT/firefighter. The high ankle feature is nice if I wanna tighten them up or leave the laces unthreaded and have some stylistic flare. Great boots!

Very comfortable for having no cushioning. Fit is true to size, with plenty of room in the toe box. They look much better in person, and the materials used are above average in quality.

Got myself the Bruin Boot a couple of weeks ago and been using them hiking with my dogs everyday. And they are just getting better and more comfortable every trip, and the quality is solid. You know what they say: Good shoes take you good places. Highly recommended.

I've tried several barefoot shoes for both the gym and everyday drivers from many of the top brands. I can confidently say that these Bearfoot shoes are my absolute favorite. I'll 100% be buying another pair or two to replace my daily driver shoes. They are comfortable, stylish, and practical for weight training. I'm 6'1 215lbs and deadlift 325 with these regularly. I've used them for nearly a month and I look forward to wearing them in the gym. Hey Bearfoot, make a steeltoe boot and I'll...

The Bruins are exactly what I’ve been looking for. I have other barefoot shoes but they aren’t really designed for really rough terrain. I have worn these on some long hikes and job sites, they are great. Very stable. I think need another pair for around town..

First off: amazing customer service and product support. Great people trying to help you get into and stay in a quality shoe. I work in the marine trades so my boots get exposed to all kinds of odd liquids and they have held up great and are highly waterproof. I crouch down very often and stick my feet in tight spaces but these boots can handle it! My only issue was the weak lace up hooks but they paid to have new ones installed no questions asked. I experienced an issue with the upper detachin...

My BlackBear Bruins are my favorites from Bearfoot shoes (and I have a lot). The Black Bear Bruins are stylish, comfortable and easy to wear with toe spreaders due to ample room. These boots are now my go to shoe! You can’t go wrong with BlackBear Bruins!

Best shoe I’ve ever worn lifting related and comfort related. The quality is very high and the shoe isn’t big and bulky. You are really able to establish a great connection to the floor. Bearfoot has outdone themselves.

I have been wearing steel toe boots for many years as wide as I could purchase. H width. They still caused my toes to slant in. The pain was so bad I started wearing flip flops for the last month or more. I finally found these boots and thought I would give them a try. Not steel toe! But I thought better than flip flops. When they came I tried them on right away and they were AWESOME! Thank you Bear foot.

I have been powerlifting for 10 years and have always worn Chuck Taylors. When my last pair of those finally blew out on the sides, I decided that perhaps I needed something wider. I looked online and came across a reference to Bearfoot on the Squat University YouTube channel. I decided to take a chance even though I've never had luck buying shoes online. Not this time! MY TOES LOVE ME FOR GETTING THEM BEARFOOT SHOES! I've been telling the other guys at the gym who wear Converse about how great ...

Once I got through a lot of the styles being sold out in my size, and got to a style that I liked that still had my size left, it went very smooth after that. The site had said that the size I ordered was on reserve, I emailed customer service, told them that the site initially said it was available until I ordered, and they very quickly double-checked by the next morning told me they had it in stock and shipped it right away. Quality customer service reaction to my email, cannot complain one b...

Fantastic save one little detail. For my specific feet, my toes bump into the front outer seam. It seems that those spots have broken in over time. But they’re in just the right spot that my pinky toe almost “snags” on them anytime my foot shifts forward. Other than that I love them. Super wide, very grippy and flat, and the suede is ultra comfortable on my feet. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a shoe that provides a solid lifting platform.

They’ve held up well after 6 months of regular use. Great for lifting, but I also wear them just as a daily shoe, even done some hiking in them. After a couple months, the top fabric layer of the insole started wearing down, and as shown in the picture, it’s pretty torn up now, but it’s not noticeable to me when I wear them. They are still very comfortable. Great shoe that holds up well to whatever you can throw at it

I really like these shoes! I wish the fits were more consistent (I own several pairs), but overall they're great! I really like Bearfoot and the products they've been making. The only downside to getting the white shoes is that they'll scuff easily but they are gym shoes after all.

They are made to fit! A couple worked asked me how I liked them and I was honest, I love them. They are all I wear, I have two pairs, only problem I have is the ones I wanted at the time were not in stock so I got these. I'd love a discount to get another pair!

Bearfoot shoes is a 10/10 company with 10/10 products. My first pair felt a little tight and they were replaced immediately with no hassle. The second pair I received fit perfect and were very comfortable. Sadly they ripped when I was running through the woods and I believe my laces or an eyelet somehow got hooked on something. That pair was also replaced within 2 weeks and I was back on my feet with another pair of high quality work boots.
