For purchasing baby/toddler shoes, a sizing guide would be helpful to limit any confusion or hesitation on sizing. Typically I see for example “4c, 5c, 6c” in my daughter’s shoe sizes, so maybe even adding a “c” after those sizes!

You should consider branching out into more casual shoes. Something that sticks with the brand feel and quality but looks nice with jeans or slacks, more low-key aesthetic that will turn heads at the office for the right reasons.
