I ordered same item twice by mistake and as soon I placed order I emailed that can you please change one of the bracelet as it is ordered twice by mistake but I got reply after 3 days saying sorry we can’t do anything about it so ya 0 customer services. Nobody was even bother to reply and solve my issue as I emailed as soon I placed order so they had time before delivery to change as I requested but nobody bothered. Never buying from them again one of the piece is broken and no body replied.
