Worst experience ever. Customer service team purposesy wasted my time by stalling my refund/return query. I wanted to return the items within the return timeframe but they wasted my time. All I asked for rather than offering me 20% discount, give me a returns label. So I can return everything. Product quality is not good, its poor and feels cheap. But they did not help. So I'm not paying for the items, unless you send me a returns label to send back. Everything is in original package
