I had an issue with damage during post. This was NO ISSUE to Karen who absolutely is NOT one of those Karen’s. Karen posted out a replacement the next day, and when that got waylaid in the post, followed up immediately on my behalf! Honestly cannot fault the customer service, second to none!!
