Didn't think it worked for my cramps for a while then I received instructions on how to get the best out of the oil spray. After following these new instructions for a couple of weeks my cramps lessened then stopped. I still get the occasional cramp but so infrequently it's a nuisance rather than the nightmare it used to be. This was a big wart 3 weeks ago. I used the magnesium super stick on it 6 times a day and it’s nearly gone. I have about 10 moles that I am also applying it too religiously. Before and a week later. I think words are not enough to how I am feeling right now. Absolutely love both the stick and the moisturiser. It has cleared my skin, made it softer and the blemishes are significantly lighter. Weird growth gone after a week! I noticed it shrinking and scabbing after just a few days of applying 8 times a day and covering with a bandaid. First and last photo 2 weeks apart, I’m just applying a few times a day now with no bandaid to make sure it’s completely gone. I wasn't totally convinced this was going to work on a rough, hard, protruding mole on my cleavage but gave it a try. It took 6 weeks, lots of skin irritation and some blood spotting as it lifted but it is now completely gone!
