I purchase two bikes through Costco and both arrived in boxes that were damaged. A missing part from one was not provided until after two phone calls and multiple emails over the course of more than a month, including a ridiculous exchange with this company in which I was asked to send "a photo of the missing part." The poorest customer service experience I've had in many years and very unexpected and disappointing for a Costco partner.
