Do not buy a CPO bike. The shipping is done very poorly. Nothing was secured (the pedals were bouncing around in the box scratching the paint on the bike. The bike itself is good and I would recommend a new one, but don't buy the CPO unless you pick it up at the factory.

I’ve had multiple interactions with your team both over the phone and through email I’ve gotten conflicting answers and that is frustrating. I purchased a bicycle at Costco in Puerto Rico and it appears that you can’t support it. You can’t ship anything to me or if you can because more to ship it then the product is worth and the only answer on support I received was “maybe there’s someone in San Juan”. Not good, not good customer support .
