The Magnum bike is intuitive. The online support for setting up the bike and learning all the functions is superior. I bought another e-bike from Costco in 2019, and while it was a good bike, the operating instructions were minimal, and I did not get all the value out of it.

I have some mobility issues now and the Magnum Melody low step through is so helpful! I really like it. My only complaint is the lack of suspension in the seat, it is jarring going over bumps, and a gel seat would be softer too. Thank you
