Bikes (2) arrived on time and assembly was straight forward AFTER watching videos. Had an issue with fender installation on one. Called customer support and was told, “get a better wrench”. I relayed I might have to drill out attachment bolt the reply was “okay.” Love the bikes, not at all impressed with support.
