I just wrote the review. My experience with ordering two shirts and being treated rude and condescending by your agent Sarah was terrible. I’ve ordered a dozen shirts for myself, friends and family. After the non resolution to this experience even when sending you messages immediately upon placing my order to correct it prior to shipping. Your team ignored me until the product shipped and by then the only solution was o could return them at my expense. Not even the ability to exchange them.
