Easy to shop, true to size, however it did take several weeks to arrive.

Same as my previous comment. The worst experience I've ever had with a mail order service.

There was a little bit of a delay in communication in the beginning regarding customer service, however, one of the founders sent a personalized email apologizing and addressing my issue directly and I received my shirts not even a week later. Thank you for personally reaching out to answer my questions and put my at ease. I know now know you were overwhelmed with 9/11 orders and I appreciate you addressing that and working to still get mine out.

I’m disappointed with the lack of communication on your part when I’ve tried getting ahold of someone for over a week now. My several emails have been ignored and nobody is returning my call when I leave a message. This is so unusual to me because your company used to have really great customer response times. I love the purpose of your company and your customer service was something that kept me as a regular customer. I will be returning my orders upon delivery unless I can talk to someone.

They kept me informed of when to expect delivery. Very reliable and trustworthy.

No communication from you what so ever, had no idea if or when I would receive the shirts, nothing ..... cut small and cheaply made.....going right into the rag bag....very disappointed

Great company! Had to return a shirt. I ordered the wrong size. There was no issue and they send the correct size to me!

Fabulous

There was a flaw with one of my shirts and I submitted a couple of pics by email showing the issue. TVP made it it right and got the issue fixed within a couple weeks. I will definitely order from TVP again!! Great customer service!!
