In addition to the much smaller than advertised shirt, somehow, I was charged twice for duplicate orders so instead of getting 8 shirts I love and could wear, I have duplicates of 3 shirts and 2 shirts I cannot wear. I did reach out to customer service through an email after receiving the first order but was dissatisfied with the response. Although I would like to support you, I regret the order and tip I gave, and will not order from you again.

And knowing you people I probably won’t hear from you people and honestly at this point it’s more about the fact you people do this than even the money. In short, your response rate is trash. You don’t answer your phones during working hours. You don’t respond to emails. You still manage to send it to the wrong address. And to top it all off I get an email asking me “how’s the product”??? What product??
