Scam artists, ordered a M and got a short with a M label when it is clearly a XXS. For returns they want to charge a redelivery fee, I asked what the charge is and they stopped all contact - Do not buy from this place

Ordered two shirts on Jan 30th for my son’s birthday. 2 weeks later I have not received my 2 shirts. I have had one email reply to say they will look at it. Raised a dispute as I paid £75. Really poor service. Something has changed as they use to be reliable I would avoid purchasing through them.

Like I wrote in my previous comment I had to wait for over a month for my order, tried to contact you with out any response and the shirt is a bit tight.

I received only 1 out of the seven mystery kits I ordered and while I have sent messages on all social media and emails on the specific help account , no response has been given to me to assist. Order No #158350

Almost 6 weeks from order to delivery, asked about an exchange, no response after 5 days.

Really poor communication skills and just overall not up to scratch considering the price

I have ordered several tops from here and all have been great except the latest one which was wrong and nobody responds to messages to sort the issue out.

Zero customer service, no reply to emails or messages. Shirt too big for 13 year old. Arrived late, despite paying for express delivery. Won't be using you again.

Horrendous!!!! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the return of the shirt I sent back as per our agreement. I paid for the return shipping and also made the payment for the re-delivery. However, I was disappointed to receive the same shirt back instead of the correct item. I have reached out via email several times but have not received a response. I am saddened by the lack of communication, as I believe this issue could be resolved quickly with your assistance. Could you please provide an update on how you plan to address this matter? I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your prompt response.

Not a fan of the new tracking system through Shop. It doesn't update and we had to email the company after weeks to ensure they had actually shipped.
