Had to pay to return a top that was too small despite asking for a size above my son’s age. Then had to pay for the delivery of a new one, also too small.

Quick and easy to order

You've taken my money and sent me nothing. Mystery Kits don't even respond to emails

Awful experience. Incorrect size sent, item is poor quality with no tags attached or even care labels inside. Customer service ignore emails.

I ordered a men’s medium size shirt however, I received a youth size medium shirt. It’s far too small for me. I have reached out to two separate email accounts asking for help on getting the correct jersey sent to me with no response. I’m currently not very happy and I either want a refund or the correct size shirt sent out to me.

Customer service is non existent- I have emailed the contact email address to explain that I have had no shipping confirmation email nor had receipt of the box I paid for on the 14th Jan and ordered on the 12th Jan- so poor. Order: 160400

Easy online set up.

Not good. Shirt far too small. Paid postage to get another and far too small again.! Waste of money all round.

No order received, support does not answer emails for a month. I request the refund

Easy!

I bought a 14-15 yrs but it was too small so managed to get a swap to a small adult which is a perfect fit.
