If a customer makes two orders by mistake and emails you to cancel within minutes because your cancel order page is broken, maybe don’t ship it anyway. And if you do ship it, maybe don’t take weeks to respond and then refuse to either: a) accept a return for a full refund, or b) let the customer keep it and refund them anyway within bargaining for a partial refund when you’re the one refusing a return. Just a thought.
