Spoke with customer service who offered no help or real explanation as to why it took so long to recieve item. No answer was given why I waited over 3 weeks and why that wasn't transparent on the site. Also these are very gimmicky and more often than not at least mine produces a very flat tone. I am a bagpipe player with musical talent and have let others try them including the drummers in the band all were disappointed. My instructors set he got sounds better but still produces a flat tone.
