My only thoughts are Heritage needs to communicate better with their customers. I never did receive a response as to why the order took so long and why the shipping confirmation/tracking just sat and never picked up by the carrier. I really did not like having to inquire as to why it seemed the order wasn't being sent after tracking initiated?
