The bike arrived with a damaged frame paint. The company said oh, we can send touch up paint and a cheap ass lock as compensation? A 1800$ bike should have perfect paint. After 60 miles, the fork is leaking and terribly noisy, clunking loud over every bump. The company couldn't care less and refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card

Just got my H5, so not much to say for its performance at this time. Had a bit of an issue unpacking as the front wheel got stuck on the crank and would not come off very easily. Had to release the air from the tire to allow enough wiggle room to free the crank from the spikes. Other than that, was pretty straight forward. Really liked the look and feel of the bike once assembled.
