I was charged £2,- postage for two 'free' samples. After 10 days I contacted the company as I hadn't even had a message yet that my order was dispatched. I received a message back from customer care that unfortunately they didn't have the one sample in stock, did I still want the other one?
When the sample finally arrived another week later, the envelope wasn't franked properly and I had to pay a £1.50 surcharge. Company e-mail returned undelivered and webform gone unanswered. Unimpressed.
