Order process was easy, delivered promptly, only thing was the bed wasn’t delivered in a box - it was the full size rolled out bed in a plastic bag - I had ordered an XL and it wouldn’t fit in either of our cars to get it home from work where it had been delivered to. Luckily we were able to squash it in to the back of a LR defender - it’s definitely big!
