Selecting a filter on the products page just hides all items, even if the indicated count shows there are items available.

It was easy enough to order extra cable tips.

Volta helped with a big order change I did and shipped everything together thankfully.

Quick and easy to use

Even though my initial order was missing a set of tips, customer service responded fairly quickly and shipped me replacements with no fuss.

Simple

Volta's products always leave me with a whimsical feeling that I am receiving something truly special. A lot of care went into creating and manufacturing something of this quality.

So far my experience has been fantastic.

Ordered on early November 2024 and 7 February 2025 still haven't received my order.

Everything ultimately was satisfactory, even though the whole process took an extended period of time.

Horrible shopping experience. Still waiting for a refund.

Volta did not alert me when I purchased that item ordered was not then available and would take over a month to deliver even after I paid for rush delivery. I had to email company after purchase to find US warehouse was not even stocked when purchase was made.

As I stated previously, my order was incomplete and nothing was done when this issue was reported. I was asked to send photos of the items that were missing, this is unacceptable and impossible as they were MISSING!

It took way too long to get here. It took 1 1/2 months andto get here. Especially for the pric of shipping.

I've backed quite a few Volta campaigns and there always seems to be problems with delivery. I'd prefer we were given more realistic time frames rather than reports on problems.

Volta are an excellent company to supply important items that we all need

No good, I wouldn't buy anything from them again. I only bought a Max cable from the latest thing they did because they offered me a free one... So instead of AUD$50 for one it was AUD$25 for one which was a good enough deal for a cable. They said I only had 24 hours purchase to get the free cable. I purchased as soon as I got the email which was 4 hours after they sent the email but I never got my free cable. I emailed their support and they said I didn't order in the 24 hour window. So I showed them the email from them and my order email within 4 hours but they told me too bad. I don't like being ripped off. Definitely don't recommend.

Never received the main product the Volta Max Go

Good communications about the progress, great product, timely delivery (some lag but that was expected).

That kickstarter was bad. I liked the emails but this was rushed even thow you tried. It's not better in every way. It's heavier, stiffer, untidy. I got emails you tested, I got emails you upgraded the magnet. But just before I got mine Facebook was flooded with bad cables failing and the owner just went yolo lol it's a first gen product. Thanks im a gunie pig.

Hugely complex, with confusing communications, redirection to multiple websites and messaging from all over the place.

Did not expect an April campaign to be delivered the following January.

My goods arrived OK, but not as advertised.

I understand delays occur, but the team were very prompt and transparent with the stages of distribution, and fulfilment during the manufacturing and delivery stages. I can't thank them enough for setting their customers at ease, a hard job done very very well

As stated earlier delivery took too long

The shopping experience itself was not too bad, but I feel the constant follow up has been TOO constant to be really useful. Also, the constant delays were disappointing, especially when things appeared to move quickly at the beginning. Hope now the purchase (and delivery) is complete, you'll stop the constant spam!

Great staff and very prompt in responding to emails and questions

I expected more. This is my second bulk lot of Volta cakes and I don't think I'll be buying again.

The whole process was convoluted and slow. Having to sign into three sites for orders and updates is hopeless. The translation of costs between locations (one site in USA, one in UK and one in Australia) meant that trying to figure what was being charged and what for was hopeless ! Also something called one thing on one site was called something different on another. As an international company this needs to be much clearer and transparent and done in one currency.
