One of the Products I received was a little disappointing in its quality but I do like the product on a whole. I would say my shopping experience has been about average, as I am aware that a new product will have a teething period. Terrible customer support. After almost two months, my order still hadn't shipped. I asked for a refund, but there was no response. I filed a PayPal dispute, and they intentionally shipped the product, which I no longer needed. I refused the package, and it was returned to the sender, but Volta still hasn't refunded my money. I'm now waiting for PayPal's decision. Stay away from Volta; they are a scam.

This is my second time ordering from Volta and each time I’ve had issues with the cable was supposed to get a replacement cable and then they didn’t wanna send it. They only wanted to give him a discount and now I bought the max cable and this one, the magnet fell out, cause they didn’t glue it or whatever or the glue wasn’t strong enough to hold the magnet in place And now the tips don’t stay in there and so it doesn’t charge
