Easy to purchase

Delivery time was over a week which is OK - I have a feeling the machine is not going to last so I am hoping if this is the case it will not be difficult to return.

Took forever to arrive!!

The items could do with better descriptions. I thought the bands were coming in 3 different colours being different intensity, but o lying one was included so the overall price is very expensive for what you get. If I'd have understood that there would be one loop and one band I may not have purchased this kit.

I was a little bit skeptical of buying this product but had seen it all over my feed on instagram and took it as a sign and went ahead and ordered. It did take 10 days to arrive but was definitely worth the wait, this board actually works wonders you can feel it all in your arms and legs after every session, I’ve had mine about 2 weeks now and I can fully say I love my Pilates board I’m so happy I bought it x

That was fine. Product came a little later than expected. A guide on putting the kit together would have been helpful!

Delivery late. Contacted for app not working and was given a curt response.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Its customer service is poor. My order took 20 days to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't in the box that was misleadingly advertised on the website, but dirty plastic packaging. I am highly disappointed as I ordered this for a Christmas gift, which was then very late and not as expected.

Ordered 9th December as an xmas present. Didn’t arrive until a week after xmas
