I wish I received the gel and booklet. I had to order gel from Amazon, but the doppler does work very well.

Not loving being harassed with emails EVERY DAY

I’ve been sending multiple emails on starting a return and I have not heard anything back

I cant return it. They make it impossible!

I paid for express shipping which should have taken 2-3 days as stated when checking out but my product didn’t show up until a week later. The gel that was also supposed to be included with the doppler was not in the package. I tried reaching out to customer service with the emails provided on the website as well as in the confirmation email of my order. They have not responded at all and almost all of my emails bounced back due to an invalid email address. Horrible experience!

Very easy and I was beefy satisfied

Never got my gel. I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping and it came 5 days later and I emailed customer service twice with no response. Terrible experience.

It never worked.

I paid for expedited shipping and it came well after the ETA per expedited. I emailed them and received no response. I received my Doppler but my gel did not arrive. I emailed again and there has been no response regarding either issue!!! Poor service and the Doppler is subpar.

if you’re missing an item you’ll never get it. they don’t reply to you. but they’ll send you 50 emails about rating them.

I have reached out to this company 4 separate times now. (This is the fourth.) I have not heard back from anyone regarding my order. I placed an order and paid for “expedited shipping” and was shown an estimated delivery date of two to three days after I placed the order. I received it over a week later and I didn’t even receive the complete order. I was told by an AI response that my “concerns are important to the company and a team member would reach out promptly”. Right... Place is a joke

Customer support sucks never gets back to you.

Gel never came with order. Monitor was broken and did not work or turn on even with fresh batteries. Customer service never responded to my three emails. Awful company. Do not ever order from here.

Customer service is not good. Have emailed several times but no reply. Never buying from here again nor will I recommend to anyone.
