Fraudulent company

Doppler showed up late and did not come with the gel that said it was included.

Worst purchase ever. Do not purchase from them unless you want to throw your money away. Half my order is missing and I can’t get a refund or the product that I ordered

Missing item without offering to replace or refund

Again asked for customer service and never received any. Would not apply discount and told that someone would reach out never did. Did not receive gel or manual. Paid for expedited shipping got 3 days after date was supposed to receive. Also was told after each email and text that someone would reach out but never did. Customer service is terrible. Actual Doppler works as expected, but only had gel due to my daughter had some.

We was supposed to get ultra sound gel but nothing

I had the wrong shipping information and I didn’t receive the gel

I was told via text communication that the missing gel would be send; I've had no communication stilll.

I gave this as a good and a defective item was sent. Now I don’t know how to remedy the situation for them.

Horrible customer service

Awful item arrived in a damaged box no gel like it was supposed to come with. Emailed them the next day I never heard back.

It has been terrible. No one has responded back to any of emails, and I e tried to reach out at least 3 times. I feel as the customer that I was scammed into buying this Doppler without having the choice to return it or communicate to anyone from mommy motherhood.

I did not receive either the included or my purchased ultrasound gel in my order and I have reached out via email and through your online support.

Team has not gotten back to me about a return.

I placed an order and did not receive the gel with it. I have not been able to use the product because of it. I’ve reached out multiple times to get this resolved and have not gotten a response. I would like a refund.

Scam company

The doppler was not my favorite purchase. I had issues with not receiving my gel with my order so I had to order my own gel from Amazon. No one will answer my emails about this issue. The doppler isn’t the best quality in my opinion so I’m just using the doppler every now-and-then to listen to baby. Super frustrated about this experience and purchase!

Kit works well. Was supposed to come with gel, but didn’t. Sent the company a message regarding this and they haven’t responded.

I wouldn’t shop here again sorry

False advertising
