At no point did it say you won’t ship to Australia. Completely useless and a total waste of money.

As stated in the previous comment, I felt like I bought a coupon that didn't really have any value, and you sent me your most basic helmet that I still paid 100 bucks for.

Easy transaction, even though the drop time was early. I was able to get the text and make the purchase within the 20 minute timeframe.

A bad start from a startup. I felt like purchasing a discount for the same amount of discount was a total scam. That alone discourages me from buying a helmet.

i was frustrated due to the miscommunication on the timing of the drop. I received an email saying 6 pm, and instead it droped at 12 am so i missed the drop by many hours and missed the opportunity to take advantage of it. I feel scammed/cheated by the whole process.

Very bad. You need to change and improve your selling strategy. This review itself is extremely weird because I never really got the product at all. There was this very attractive offer that I took a chance on which I swear was misleading about the helmet being offered for a low price. But then after paying I was surprised that all I got is a chance to buy the product if I beat a deadline they set during working hours that can only access by email. They had me pay again to avail of that chance and to pay for shipping only to miss the deadline. They emailed me saying they did not hear from me so they cancelled. I still haven’t checked if they refunded me what I paid them for what I though to be the product itself only to turn out to be just a ticket to a chance to actually buy the product (helmet) of if I beat their deadline to respond that will only last for an limited time which is not enough for those who are working. So it is easy to see that it was set up for people to fail confirming within the extremely limited time they set up. Very weird unecesaary scheme that is not customer friendly. This gave their company a bad reputation and I don’t know if they are trying to fix it.

Money was taken for the Impossible Pass and then I couldn't redeem it due to issues with your web store. Support are not interested in resolving this.
