I initially ordered a Large based on my head size, but it was too big. The manual said thicker pads were included, yet mine weren’t. When I contacted support, they told me the thicker pads only come with the Medium. So, I had to return my brand-new helmet before ever using it. Unlike most online retailers, Unit 1 doesn’t send an exchange right away — they wait until they receive your return. That meant another long wait before I could even wear the helmet.
