I had an issue shortly after I received my unit, and the Beyond Power team was very good in getting back to me, confirming the need for replacement, and getting it replaced quickly.

This thing is a beast! It is literally the answer to you need more equipment and exercise options but are limited on space. And the fact it can travel is awesome! I can't recommend this enough. I share this with all of my meathead colleagues!

The Voltra has been fantastic and customer service has been a pleasure to deal with. My one criticism is the warranty length. IMO it should be 5 years. My other options in the same price range were all weight stacks that are expected to last a lifetime. The battery or some other mechanical failing are my one continuing worry. I bought the extended warranty so I have some short term piece of mind, but I worry that Beyond Power doesn't expect them to last 5 years so they protected themselves.

Low quality service and the disabling of the ID.me code announced on Veterans Day was a big insult.

Website is alittle difficult to navigate and my beyond credits have not been awarded yet but the website feels unique.

I was easily able to find what I was looking for and any questions I had were answered by the webpage.

I'd say you're right at the table stakes. Not too high, not too low, just kind of mediocre on the shopping side of the house. The website looks fantastic, but the configuration packages could be more customizable. Also, would it kill you to make a different color for the enclosure of the system itself? This unit is begging for a charcoal grey or black option.

Shopping with Beyond Power was a breeze! The website is super easy to navigate, and the entire process felt seamless from start to finish. I received timely updates at every step - order confirmation, shipping, and delivery - so I always knew exactly where things stood. Most impressive of all, the customer service was simply outstanding. Every interaction I had with the Beyond Power team was quick, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. I've never had a better customer service experience anywhere.

The DIY docks have been a game changer! I have made 20 different mounts so far and many more in progress. Its been awesome selling my custom designs so people can get the most out of their Voltras!

So many options to make your VOLTRA experience like no other. Game changer in the sports medicine world.

Can"t say I love a shopping experience but it is well designed.

The ONLY downside to my experience was the amount of time it took to get everything. Over a month to get my unit and all the attachments I ordered. I understand equipment can take time but this is one area you could look to improve.
