This is the third time I have reached out to you regarding this issu.
I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out with disappointment regarding a recent purchase. After eagerly awaiting the arrival of my boots, which I received on December 31st, I was thrilled to finally wear them for the first time to a brief two-hour dinner. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned to frustration when I noticed that, after such minimal use, the iconic Marilyn image on the boots was almost entirely worn off.
This outcome is deeply disappointing and not what I expected from a product of this caliber. At no point during the purchase process was I informed that the boots required additional protective measures, such as sole protectors, or that they might not be suitable for normal wear. The lack of this information feels misleading and has left me questioning the practicality and durability of the product.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request a replacement pair of boots or a full refund of the purchase price. I believe this is a reasonable resolution for a product that did not meet the standards promised.
