After canceling my initial order WITH NO REFUND, it took almost three weeks of constant follow up to get a response. After nearly a month after ordering the shoes they finally arrived. The craftsmanship is horrendous. Considering the buy experience I considered it a lesson because the return would be double the effort. I would not recommend to anyone.
