Would not give me a refund because they were closed for two weeks for the holidays, which made me miss the 10 day return policy. They did offer me a store credit. Unfortunately my husband did not like any of their items so I ended up with new boots. All that to say, make sure you like the item you’re purchasing because this company does not like to refund money.
