My original purchase was the mona lisa boots however i was contacted and was told that they were out of stock even though the website didn't mention that. I had to swap since the wait was too inconvenient for me. The Lucent representative was very effecient and helpful to me during this waiting/swap process. However i when it comes to the online shop i feel Lucent needs to improve as i really wanted the mona lisa boots. It should have a OUT OF STOCK status when its not available.
